As already mentioned in the previous article, the nationwide Read Aloud Day also took place at our school. All grades read, read aloud and worked creatively with great enthusiasm. With great projects, numerous books, short texts and even newspaper clippings, the pupils created exciting, varied contributions on the subject of reading.
We were particularly pleased that eight authors were guests at our school. They actively supported the class projects, gave interesting insights into their work and some even read from their works themselves. This was a real highlight for many of the children!
The classes used the day to discover new stories, write their own stories and poems or immerse themselves in different worlds together. The result was a colorful mix of reading activities, craft projects and small presentations that made the reading day a special experience.
