Tips for learning at home
Create a permanent workplace
Set up a fixed workstation. Banish all distractions (cell phone, etc.) and make sure you have good lighting.
Create a work plan
Make a work schedule and determine which tasks you want to complete and when. Plan fixed break times.
Check and improve yourself
Check your assignments regularly. Use solution sheets or ask your parents.
Plan fixed exercise breaks
Plan fixed exercise breaks. After each work phase, you should move around and air out your room. Also make sure you always drink enough water.
